I think it is a fake. You haven't been given any images of the rehaut engraving to check alignment, the caseback finishing looks rougher than you would expect, and on the picture of the movment, the perlage on the bridges and where the 3135 is stamped on the movement doesn't look right. Just ordered my first Rolex from a reputable seller on chrono24. With all the Super clones I'm seeing on youtube I worry about the authenticty of the watch.
